She’s not your average mom! She plays the bass guitar and ukulele. She completed the Disney Marathon in 2007. She loves surfing and roller coasters! Connie brings this kind of fun to her presentations to moms and to her home. You’d love to come to her house!

To Connie, everything is an event. As a child, her playhouse was a Victorian mansion or a haunted house. Her bedroom was her glamorous apartment and her bike was her motorboat speeding her to a distant island. Her ultimate ambition was to be a mom which she accomplished in 1989. After a few years of struggling to be a good mom, she came across a book entitled Enjoy Your Children. The title spoke what she desired in her heart. She resolved to use all her skills and talents to create a wonderful life for her and her family. After seeing the results in her own home, she started her business, “Home With Fun” to share with other moms.

Connie has degrees in business management and education. Using these learning experiences, her gift of imagination, and a little bit of pixie dust, Connie creates informational products for moms to transform their homes into a place of fun and joy. She is the author of Home With Fun, Ten Steps to Turn Your Home Into a Fun Place to Live, and six e-books including Gone With the Whine and her newest, No Sibling Rivalry. She is the creator of the DVD “Three Minutes to Enjoy Your Home.” Connie speaks to women’s groups on mommy topics such as Time Enjoyment, Creating a Fun Home, Magical Family Mealtimes, and Fit Moms.

Connie believes her uniqueness is in enjoying her kids and home and in teaching mothers to do the same. “I’m not perfect, but I don’t want to be. Perfection is not fun!” Connie concentrates on easy ideas for mom that bring mom and kids closer, a house that is comfortable, and a life that is enjoyable.

Nineteen years and five kids later Connie is still enjoying her family in Celebration, Florida (the town that Disney built).

Connie’s mission is to help moms enjoy their children by sharing ideas and encouragement, “making mom’s life easier and fun.”

Connie has a passion for the American family. She wants to see strong families and knows that mom is the key. “Like the old saying goes, ‘If mom ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.’” She wants to help build strong families, one mom at a time.
